is there any narrative in jewish texts on "ashab assabt" those who are mentionned in quran to have been fishermen who broke sabbat and where cursed?

Wa aleikum salaam wa rahmatullah. I do not know of any. There is a similar midrash that some of the wicked people who built the Tower of Babel and intended to make war on God were cursed in the same way. Alternatively, perhaps the curse may be poetic way to say the Jews of Eilat who broke the Sabbath were destined to intermarry, loose their Jewishness and be lost in Africa.

And ask them about the town that was by the sea - when they transgressed in [the matter of] the sabbath - when their fish came to them openly on their sabbath day, and the day they had no sabbath they did not come to them. Thus did We give them trial because they were defiantly disobedient. (Surat Al-'Ar`af 7:163)

And when a community among them said, "Why do you advise [or warn] a people whom Allah is [about] to destroy or to punish with a severe punishment?" they [the advisors] said, "To be absolved before your Lord and perhaps they may fear Him." And when they forgot that by which they had been reminded, We saved those who had forbidden evil and seized those who wronged, with a wretched punishment, because they were defiantly disobeying. So when they were insolent about that which they had been forbidden, We said to them, "Be apes, despised." And [mention] when your Lord declared that He would surely [continue to] send upon them until the Day of Resurrection those who would afflict them with the worst torment. Indeed, your Lord is swift in penalty; but indeed, He is Forgiving and Merciful. And We divided them throughout the earth into nations. Of them some were righteous, and of them some were otherwise. And We tested them with good [times] and bad that perhaps they would return [to obedience]. (Surat Al-'Ar`af 7:164-169)

Concerning the "town that was by the sea", I cannot find any corresponding tradition in Rabbinic literature. However the following verses 7:164-169 are very similar to the verses in the Torah concerning the Tower of Babel. Abraham (pbuh) was sent as a Prophet (pbuh) and warner to the people of Nimrod. Yet they wanted to build a great tower to fight against God. They "forgot that by which they had been reminded", the covenant with Noah. They threw Abraham (pbuh) into a furnace, yet God saved him "We saved those who had forbidden evil". "So when they were insolent" by building a Tower, their language was confounded and they were punished in three groups: turned to apes "Be apes, despised.", fell in combat "send upon them ... those who would afflict them", or were scattered "we divided them throughout the earth into nations."

The verses in the Torah are:

"And the whole earth was of one language, and of one speech. And it came to pass, as they journeyed from the east, that they found a plain in the land of Shinar; and they dwelt there. And they said one to another, Go to, let us make brick, and burn them thoroughly. And they had brick for stone, and slime had they for morter. And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth. And the Lord came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men builded. And the Lord said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do. Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another's speech. So the Lord scattered them abroad from thence upon the face of all the earth: and they left off to build the city. Therefore is the name of it called Babel; because the Lord did there confound the language of all the earth: and from thence did the Lord scatter them abroad upon the face of all the earth." (Genesis 11:1-9)


 
The Talmud and Midrash explains that they were punished in three groups: apes, fell in combat, or were scattered.

"The iniquity and godlessness of Nimrod reached their climax in the building of the Tower of Babel. His counsellors had proposed the plan of erecting such a tower, Nimrod had agreed to it, and it was executed in Shinar by a mob of six hundred thousand men. The enterprise was neither more nor less than rebellion against God, and there were three sorts of rebels among the builders. The first party spoke, Let us ascend into the heavens and wage warfare with Him; the second party spoke, Let us ascend into the heavens, set up our idols, and pay worship unto them there; and the third party spoke, Let us ascend into the heavens, and ruin them with our bows and spears... They never slackened in their work, and from their dizzy height they constantly shot arrows toward heaven, which, returning, were seen to be covered with blood. They were thus fortified in their delusion, and they cried, "We have slain all who are in heaven." Thereupon God turned to the seventy angels who encompass His throne, and He spake: "Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another's speech." Thus it happened. Thenceforth none knew what the other spoke. One would ask for the mortar, and the other handed him a brick; in a rage, he would throw the brick at his partner and kill him. Many perished in this manner, and the rest were punished according to the nature of their rebellious conduct... Those who had spoken, "Let us ascend into the heavens, set up our idols, and pay worship unto them there," God transformed into apes and genie; those who had proposed to assault the heavens with their arms, God set against each other so that they fell in the combat; and those who had resolved to carry on a combat with God in heaven were scattered broadcast over the earth. As for the unfinished tower, a part sank into the earth, and another part was consumed by fire; only one-third of it remained standing. The place of the tower has never lost its peculiar quality. Whoever passes it forgets all he knows."

The common wording "Thus did We give them trial" (7:163) and "And We tested them with good [times] and bad" (7:169) might indicate that the breaking of the sabbath by the fisherman was as bad as Nimrod's rebellion as Allah SWT says:

"And certainly you have known those among you who exceeded the limits of the Sabbath, so We said to them: Be (as) apes, despised and hated." (Surat Al Baqara 2,65)
